Prices and payment

The price includes VAT.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are added to the shopping cart after all the information has been filled in

  • Shipping Sweden 39 SEK 

  • Shipping EU/ outside the EU 135 SEK 

  • Free shipping on orders over 599 SEK

All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden via Postnord. When the package arrives in your country, the local post office usually takes over the shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. ​If something is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by email to zahari.jewelry@outlook.com.

Our normal delivery times within Sweden are 2-5 business days. Longer delivery times may occur for orders sent outside Sweden depending on destination. 

Customs and import taxes

For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Zahari Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days to return the items from the date you received them.

If you regret your purchase, the jewelry must be in the same condition as when you received it.

We do not accept returns of jewelry that have been used.

Always email us zahari.jewelry@outlook.com before sending back your item, and let us know your order nr and what item you would like to return. 

We do not allow exchanges: simply return you original purchase, and place a new order.

The returning process is under buyers responsibility. Remember to enclose informations about name, address and order number when returning a product. Refunds will be transformed back to the account where the payment in the first place came from, once it has arrived to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item is defective. 

If the jewelry does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to contact us and we will resolve this.

The jewelry boxes and shipping boxes are FSC® certified and environmentally friendly.

All jewelery is delivered in a jewelery box.
